Highlights

No new modules or API methods were added in this build.
The _remote-ui module only gained repeated comments on the retain, release and retainedBy symbols and the function marker.
The _web-vitals module only gained repeated comments on the FCP, CLS, FID, INP, LCP and TTFB thresholds and observer entry types.
No runtime behavior or bug fixes changed; the bundle grew only because of the extra comment text.
